Distance Education
Berkeley City College offers a variety distance education options including both hybrid and online courses. In addition to meeting mathematical prerequisites, students who enroll in BCC mathematics classes online are expected and assumed to have basic computer skills including
- knowing how to navigate the internet,
- knowing how to capture and save documents electronically by means of scanning or digital photography,
- knowing how to create, name, save and manage computer files,
- knowing how to download files from and upload files to the internet,
- being familiar with JPEG and PDF file formats.
Daily access to the internet is required.
